They develop an AI platform designed for large enterprises using natural language understanding, probabilistic machine learning and automation to resolve workplace requests.The Moveworks platform integrates with major business communication tools and has been recognised globally for its innovative leadership in enterprise AI.Our values are simple:✅ Outcome obsessed✅ Have fun✅ People over profitResponsibilities As a Senior Technical Consultant: You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training)Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects)Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform using Agent Studio (brownfield projects)Conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design the integrations for these AI agentsPrepare Solution Design document for the AI agents and their supporting integrationsLead successful implementation of the AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team as well as key customer stakeholders (application admins and architects)Utilize your software development skills to enhance 89 Solutions product portfolioWork closely with international colleagues and customers (largely U.S.-based)Have fun along the way!Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on system integration and enterprise application environmentsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline3+ years of back-end software development experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C++Strong experience designing and implementing APIs and integrations, including:Hands-on expertise with API paradigms such as REST and SOAPSolid understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, and token-based securityProficiency in working with data formats such as JSON and XMLExperience using API development and testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or equivalentExperience handling error handling, retries, rate limiting, and pagination in API integrationsFamiliarity with webhooks, event-driven integrations, and asynchronous processingExperience integrating with enterprise systems of record (e.g., ITSM, HRIS, IAM, CRM, ERP)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to produce clear, high-quality technical documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to troubleshooting complex integration issuesWorking knowledge of AI technologies, conversational AI concepts, and enterprise automation terminologyBonus Points Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services companyDevelopment experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP)Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc.Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projectsWhy 89 SolutionsJoin a team that is redefining what is possible with enterprise AI.
