This role will shape enterprise-wide people strategies, build scalable frameworks, and partner with global business leaders to enable growth, performance, and culture transformation.What to expect:Talent Strategy & Programs-Build data-driven Design and lead global talent management frameworks including succession planning, high-potential programs, leadership pipelines, and critical role architecture.Develop enterprise-wide performance management philosophy, tools, and processes aligned to business strategy.Partner with Business HR and leaders to translate talent insights into actionable workforce strategies.talent dashboards and analytics to inform leadership decisions.Learning & Leadership Development-Architect global learning strategy covering leadership development, functional capability building, and future skills.Design flagship leadership programs (early career, mid-level, senior leaders) in partnership with global faculty and vendors.Drive digital learning platforms, academies, and learning ecosystems across geographies.Measure learning effectiveness through ROI frameworks and capability impact metrics.Employee Engagement & Culture-Define global engagement strategy, survey architecture, and listening systems (pulse, lifecycle, analytics).Lead enterprise culture initiatives, values integration, and manager capability for engagement.Drive interventions to improve engagement, inclusion, and retention across markets.COE Governance & Operating Model-Build scalable COE frameworks, toolkits, and policies that can be deployed globally with local adaptation.Partner with HRBPs, Shared Services, and Business leaders to ensure seamless execution.Manage global vendors, consultants, and learning partners.Essential qualifications, experience and skills:Secondary/ tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, preferably from a Tier-1 B-School.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in talent management in multi-country, matrix organization.Proven experience in executing projects in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Engagement and HR Analytics.Ability to influence senior leaders and operate in a matrix organization.
