Our portfolio includes high profile IT campuses, corporate offices, commercial developments and residential projects for prestigious clients such as TCS, Wipro, LTIMindtree, Informatica, London Stock Exchange Group, Capgemini, Oracle, IBM, SAP Labs, and more.Website: Overview :We are looking for a creative and responsible Senior / Lead Interior Designer who can independently handle corporate workplace interior projects - from concept to execution - while working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.This is a client-facing leadership role, not a drafting position.Key Responsibilities :Lead the design and development of corporate/workplace interior projectsInteract directly with clients, conduct presentations and handle design discussionsTranslate project brief into design concepts, layouts and material strategiesMentor and guide junior designers and coordinate with senior designersLead production of tender and construction drawing setsCoordinate with consultants, vendors and project managersMonitor internal team deliverables and ensure milestones are achievedEnsure drawings and documentation meet execution standardsWork within tight project timelines and contractual deliverablesRequirements :Degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.
