Within this mission, the SPA Education andDigital Department designs and produces practical, engaging, and technology-driven courses that combinepedagogy with creativity.Mission of the PositionResponsible for directly coordinating the admissions process for VET by EHL and providing academic qualitymanagement, ongoing LMS Support. Playing a supporting role to SPA Consultants (Jnr. Consultants, Consultantsand Senior Consultants) in the delivery of SPA Segment activities—including business development, acquisition& delivery of client mandates, customer relationship management for the Region, and supporting global teams.Demonstrating excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively acrossdiverse cultures and geographic regionsKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the Admissions ProcessManage the entire admissions process, from database management to LMS enrolmentMaintain accurate records of applicant status and communicationsSupport Academic Quality ManagementCoordinate gradebooks and cross-reference with theoretical and practical exams.Oversee and analyse feedback from student and partner surveysProvide Ongoing Support to Partners Requiring LMS Navigation SystemEnsure course materials are up to date, uploaded, and smoothly delivered within LMS.Generate reports on LMS usage and student progressBusiness Development & MarketingSupport in conduct business analysis through research. Support in executing business development activities for their Segment unit across the Region. Support in marketing products and services to business prospects.
