Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst — Dayforce (Must have Dayforce experience)Location: India (Remote/Hybrid)Department: HR TechnologyImpact You Will MakeReporting to the HRIS Manager, the Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a technical owner and strategic partner for the organization’s HR technology landscape. This role collaborates closely with India HR, Payroll, IT, and global stakeholders to design, develop, support, and optimize scalable HR system solutions that enable business outcomes.Working primarily within Ceridian Dayforce HCM and related enterprise tools, this role requires strong hands-on technical capability, architecture awareness, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into sustainable system solutions. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and clarity must often be created through technical leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Development & Systems OwnershipDesign, build, enhance, and support configurations, integrations, APIs, data interfaces, and automation solutions across the HRIS ecosystemPerform hands-on development using Dayforce capabilities including:ReportingIntegration StudioAPIsDashboards & AnalyticsWorkflowsTroubleshoot and resolve complex system or data issues through structured root-cause analysisEnsure system data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable internal and regulatory requirementsArchitecture, Optimization & GovernanceAdvise India stakeholders on HRIS architecture, integrations, and data flow designEvaluate configurations for scalability, performance, and maintainabilitySupport SaaS upgrades, vendor releases, defect tracking, and system change managementDevelop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating proceduresStrategic Partnership & DeliveryPartner with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical designsOperate effectively within evolving or ambiguous requirementsLead or contribute to system implementations, compliance initiatives, and HR technology projectsProvide advanced user support and trainingMentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the teamData, Reporting & InsightsDevelop and analyze complex HR and payroll datasetsBuild scalable reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutionsSupport data-driven decision making and workforce intelligence initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or enterprise systems roles3+ years hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce HCMDemonstrated technical development experience including one or more of:Configuration frameworks or calculated fieldsAPI, SFTP, or middleware integrationsSQL, data modeling, or ETL processesAutomation or custom toolingStrong understanding of HR processes and employee data lifecycleExperience working independently and delivering solutions in evolving environmentsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel capability (PivotTables, formulas, lookups)Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to functional audiencesPreferred QualificationsExposure to India HR or Payroll processesExperience supporting global HR operationsExperience with additional HCM platformsHealthcare industry exposureWhy Join UsOpportunity to own and shape HR technology solutions in a global environmentExposure to enterprise-scale HR systems and integrationsCollaborative team culture focused on innovation and continuous learningCareer growth within HR technology and architecture domains
