This role combines front-desk operations, patient guidance, and consultative selling of treatment plans, packages, and Panchkarma therapies.The ideal candidate ensures patients feel welcomed, understood, and confident in continuing their treatment journey with the clinic.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Front Desk ManagementGreet patients warmly upon arrival and escort them to the doctor’s cabinAct as the primary face of the clinic, ensuring a calm, premium, and empathetic patient experienceManage walk-ins and appointment scheduling manually based on doctor availabilityCoordinate patient flow to minimize waiting time and confusionPost-Consultation CounselingEscort patients back after consultation and clearly explain prescribed treatment plansCounsel patients on packages, therapies, and Panchkarma treatments recommended by the doctorAddress patient doubts, pricing queries, and treatment duration questions confidentlyDrive conversion from consultation to package enrollment through ethical, need-based sellingAdministrative & Coordination DutiesMaintain basic patient records, appointment logs, and package detailsCoordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth execution of treatmentsHandle billing coordination and payment collection support Desired Candidate ProfileExperience & Skills1-4 years of experience in clinic front desk, hospital counseling, wellness sales, or healthcare administrationStrong convincing and communication skills (Hindi, English, Kannada preferred)Comfort with explaining treatment plans, pricing, and packagesPersonable, High emotional intelligence and ability to handle patient objections calmlyPersonal AttributesWarm, presentable, and patient-first attitudeSales-oriented but ethical and empathetic in approachOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitaskingConfident dealing with patients from different groups and backgrounds
