This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations complianceHire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality serviceEnsure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issuesDevelop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitabilityCreate and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
