Purpose of the RoleTo act as the content creator for the online/distance programs. 3. Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Program Coordination & Content ManagementI. Academic Contribution Direct Content Creation: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned subjects, taking full ownership of the end-to-end content development process.4-Quadrant Development: Personally develop high-quality material for assigned courses across the four quadrants:Quadrant I (e-Tutorial): Recording high-quality video lectures and audio components.Quadrant II (e-Content): Writing and formatting comprehensive Self-Learning Materials (SLMs) and e-books.5.
