Our alumni work with top organisations such as Accenture, American Express, McKinsey, and many more.Role OverviewAs a Counsellor - Inside Sales (Learning Advisor), you will support the sales team in driving customer acquisition for job-oriented upskilling programs in Analytics and Data Science. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle and customer engagement process.What You’ll DoLead Engagement & Counseling: Connect with prospective learners through calls, emails, and other communication channels and counsel them on suitable learning programs.New Customer Acquisition: Assist in converting leads generated from marketing campaigns into enrollments by understanding customer needs and aligning them with the right courses.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects, address queries, and ensure a smooth pre- and post-sales experience.Sales Operations & Reporting: Update lead details, track progress, and support reporting activities using CRM tools.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly and monthly targets.Who Can Apply0-2 Years of experience, preferably in ed-tech/ inside sales.Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with people.Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is a plus, but not required.Goal-oriented attitude with a positive mindset.What You’ll GainReal-world exposure to B2C education sales.Structured training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.Performance-based incentives during the internship.A strong foundation to start your career in sales or business development.
