Resonia (Erstwhile Sterlite Power) is hiring for HR- Intern Professional to be based in RMZ Infinity Udyog Vihar phase 4.Resonia -to Kashmirour team and technologies conquering the unforgiving mountains, erratic weather, and volatile on- ground situation to undertake an extremely challenging project which will provide an additional 1000 MW of power to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.Years of Exp- Fresher / InternStipend- 10K / MonthDuration- 3 months or can be extended based on performance.Education- Any- BBA / BBM / MBATransportation- Pick and drop from IFFCO Metro station.Location- Gurgaon (Haryana), 5th Floor, RMZ Infinity, Plot no. 15, Phase IV, Udyog ViharReporting- TA LeadEssential and Mandatory: Must be open to work for extended hours & Weekends during Critical Project Hiring!!!Role Summary Taking care of Sourcing ,Screening, Operational and Transactional work + Scheduling candidates from first level to final level of interaction with Business Leader.Detailed JDAssisting in screening the candidates and ensuring that the skills are matching the requirements.Scheduled interviews by aligning candidate and interviewer availability and followed up on interview feedback and ensured smooth communication throughout the process.Regularly interaction with hiring managers to understand job requirements and shared candidate updates and helped align hiring expectations.Maintaining professional communication with candidates via email and calls and managing follow-ups, and contributed to a positive candidate experience.Maintaining in detail candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards and documented the recruitment lifecycle for process transparency and future reference.Assisting in pre-boarding formalities and ensured seamless joining for selected candidates.
