The ideal person for this job is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication & interpersonal skills with thorough attention to detail. The EA is a bridge between the office of CEO and all the functions across the renewables business. The candidate is expected to formulate and execute strategic tasks and assume full ownership.2) Principal AccountabilitiesAccountabilitySupporting Actions Project ManagementStrategic data gathering, market research, competition overview, preparing reports, gleaning insights from the data, making dashboards, pitch decks & presentations;Initiatives and StrategiesMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives taken up by the company. Support business leads in tracking and follow-up on execution of initiatives in specific businesses. Undertake implementation of Group-wide Initiatives/Projects.Provide support and assistance to the CEO in developing and implementing new business strategies. Support research on strategic aspects of existing Businesses and aid New Business entry decisions. Evaluate business strategy and recommend actions as and when necessary.Cross-team collaborationCoordinating and working with Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables.Business performanceAnalysis of Business performance as per specified metrics.Tools & MetricsDevelop effective reporting metrics and tools to assimilate and present the business performance reports periodically.External intelligence & benchmarkingProviding market intelligence through competitor analysis & market research for internal benchmarking.
