OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Recruiting Operations Analyst to support the accurate and timely input, maintenance, and quality assurance of employee data within our HR systems. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity across the HR function and enabling smooth HR operations, reporting, and compliance.Experience2+ years of experience in HR (onboarding/offboarding) or similar.Previous experience in a data entry, HR administration, or HR operations role.Experience working with HR systems (ideally enterprise-level HRIS).Familiarity with GDPR and HR data principles is desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & MaintenanceAccurately enter employee information into HR systems, including new hires, leavers, transfers, compensation updates, and personal data changes.Maintain and update employee records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to data standards.Process bulk data loads and audits within the HRIS as required.Data Quality & ComplianceConduct regular audits and data checks to identify discrepancies or missing information.Ensure data compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information securely.HR Systems SupportAssist HR and Recruitment teams with system-related queries and data requirements.Support the implementation of HR system enhancements and process improvements.Generate standard HR reports and extract data for analysis when needed.Process & DocumentationFollow established data entry procedures and contribute to process documentation.Support continuous improvement of HR data processes, workflows, and data governance.Skills & CompetenciesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Good working knowledge of Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP, Cascade).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
