In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement, configure, and optimize Manhattan WMOS solutions across warehouse and distribution environments.You will play a key role in delivering high-quality warehouse management solutions while ensuring operational stability and process efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation and ConfigurationCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand warehouse management requirementsConfigure and implement Manhattan WMOS to align with operational needsParticipate in system setup, configuration, testing, data validation, and go-live activitiesSupport enhancements and change requests within existing WMOS environmentsCustomization and IntegrationSupport system customization including configuration updates and workflow adjustmentsAssist in integration activities between WMOS and ERP, TMS, MHE, and shipping systemsValidate interfaces and ensure smooth data flow across systemsSupport and Issue ResolutionProvide L2 and L3 functional and techno-functional supportTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixesMonitor system performance and resolve operational bottlenecksSupport patching, upgrades, and environment validation activitiesTesting and DeploymentParticipate in SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testingSupport defect triaging and validationAssist during go-live, hyper-care, and stabilization phasesTraining and DocumentationConduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer workshopsPrepare functional design documents, configuration guides, and support documentationContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for warehouse process optimizationStay current with Manhattan WMOS product updates and industry best practicesRecommend system improvements to enhance operational efficiencyRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field2 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOSStrong understanding of warehouse processes, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Waving, Shipping, and Inventory ManagementExperience in configuration and support within Manhattan WMOSExposure to integrations and interface validationStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid team environmentGood to HaveSQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshootingExperience in multi-client or consulting environmentsExposure to automation or MHE integrationsExperience supporting multiple WMOS versions
