We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across Ireland, the UK, and the European Union. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, right-to-work requirements, and GDPR regulations. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver a strong candidate experience and meet business hiring goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Ireland, the UK, and multiple EU countriesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce plansSource candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment campaignsScreen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processesEnsure compliance with local employment laws, right-to-work checks, and GDPR requirementsMaintain accurate candidate and hiring data in the ATSDeliver a positive and consistent candidate experience across all regions.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally across Ireland, UK, and/or EU marketsStrong knowledge of regional hiring practices, employment legislation, and right-to-work requirementsExperience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn RecruiterExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities across different geographiesPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting across multiple EU countriesKnowledge of visa processes and cross-border hiringBackground recruiting for tech, commercial, or specialist roles (depending on business needs)
