Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst — Dayforce (Must have Dayforce experience) Location: India (Remote/Hybrid) Department: HR Technology Impact You Will Make Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a technical owner and strategic partner for the organization’s HR technology landscape. This role collaborates closely with India HR, Payroll, IT, and global stakeholders to design, develop, support, and optimize scalable HR system solutions that enable business outcomes. Working primarily within Ceridian Dayforce HCM and related enterprise tools, this role requires strong hands-on technical capability, architecture awareness, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into sustainable system solutions. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and clarity must often be created through technical leadership. Key Responsibilities Technical Development & Systems Ownership Design, build, enhance, and support configurations, integrations, APIs, data interfaces, and automation solutions across the HRIS ecosystem Perform hands-on development using Dayforce capabilities including: Reporting Integration Studio APIs Dashboards & Analytics Workflows Troubleshoot and resolve complex system or data issues through structured root-cause analysis Ensure system data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable internal and regulatory requirements Architecture, Optimization & Governance Advise India stakeholders on HRIS architecture, integrations, and data flow design Evaluate configurations for scalability, performance, and maintainability Support SaaS upgrades, vendor releases, defect tracking, and system change management Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures Strategic Partnership & Delivery Partner with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical designs Operate effectively within evolving or ambiguous requirements Lead or contribute to system implementations, compliance initiatives, and HR technology projects Provide advanced user support and training Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the team Data, Reporting & Insights Develop and analyze complex HR and payroll datasets Build scalable reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions Support data-driven decision making and workforce intelligence initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or enterprise systems roles 3+ years hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce HCM Demonstrated technical development experience including one or more of: Configuration frameworks or calculated fields API, SFTP, or middleware integrations SQL, data modeling, or ETL processes Automation or custom tooling Strong understanding of HR processes and employee data lifecycle Experience working independently and delivering solutions in evolving environments Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel capability (PivotTables, formulas, lookups) Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to functional audiences Preferred Qualifications Exposure to India HR or Payroll processes Experience supporting global HR operations Experience with additional HCM platforms Healthcare industry exposure Why Join Us Opportunity to own and shape HR technology solutions in a global environment Exposure to enterprise-scale HR systems and integrations Collaborative team culture focused on innovation and continuous learning Career growth within HR technology and architecture domains
