The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of software testing concepts, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn automation tools and testing processes.Key Responsibilities:- Write, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios. - Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications. - Identify, report, and track bugs using defect management tools. - Follow defined testing processes and quality standards for projects. - Conduct different types of testing such as System Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, and Cross-Browser Testing. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality. - Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and testing activities. - Continuously learn and explore new testing tools and technologies.Desired Skills / Required Skills:- Basic knowledge of Manual Testing concepts. - Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle. - Knowledge of Selenium Automation Tool (basic level). - Familiarity with Web Testing and Mobile Device Testing. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Good communication skills.Required Experience:- 0–1 year of experience in Manual Testing / QA (including internships or academic projects). - Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases. - Exposure to Web Application Testing or Mobile Application Testing. - Basic knowledge or practice with Selenium Automation Tool. - Understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and Defect/Bug Life Cycle. - Experience in performing System Testing, Sanity Testing, and Regression Testing. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environment (academic or internship level is acceptable). - Any QA certification or testing course will be an added advantage.
