This international presence and streamlined operations position NRG Foods as a leader in the global FMCG sector, with the agility to adapt to dynamic market conditions and deliver consistent value to clients around the world.For more details, please check our websiteDescription:Educational Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Commerce () or Science with specialization in Food Technology / Food Science.Required Experience- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Purchase & Inventory Management within the FMCG or relevant manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:Inventory & Stock Management- Monitor stock levels using ERP or inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and availability. - Plan and execute stock replenishment using Min Max levels, EOQ, and demand forecasting. - Manage risk stock, identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and initiate liquidation or corrective actions. - Ensure strict adherence to FIFO / FEFO principles, especially for perishable and expiry-sensitive items. - Coordinate with warehouse teams for bin management, stock movements, and physical audits.Reporting & Analysis- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on inventory status, aging, and variances. - Conduct inventory aging, ABC analysis, and reorder level calculations to support planning decisions.Procurement & Vendor Management- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers in line with quality and cost benchmarks. - Raise Purchase Orders (POs) based on consumption trends, demand forecasts, and approved requisitions. - Verify Proforma Invoices (PIs), purchase orders, and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance. - Negotiate costs, terms, and lead times to optimize procurement efficiency and control spend. - Monitor lead times and follow up with vendors to prevent stockouts or excess inventory. - Quality & Compliance - Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure material quality before acceptance and inward entry. - Ensure compliance with company policies, certifications, and applicable legal/regulatory standards.Required Skill Set:- MS Excel (Intermediate proficiency) - VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP - Pivot Tables & Charts - IF & Nested Formulas - Data Validation & Conditional Formatting - Strong numerical and analytical ability - Knowledge of inventory aging, ABC analysis, and reorder calculationsWhat We Value:- Professional stability and longevity in previous roles. - Strong cultural alignment with our brand and company values. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.What we offer:- Healthy Work-Life Balance - Transparent Retention & Privilege Policies - Open-Door Culture - On-Time Salary Assurance - Positive & Supportive Workplace - Comprehensive Provident Fund (PF) Benefits - Health & Insurance Coverage - Global Exposure Opportunities - Structured Career Growth Path - Retirement & Long-Term Benefits - Dynamic, Fast-Growing Global Organization
