You will play a key role in safeguarding data and systems by performing thorough audits of vendor operations. Analyst/Senior Analyst role Tools experience Required(Good to have) : Service Now , IAM, CyberARK, Sail Point,LogicGate Skill Set RequiredProvide Operational support to Googles new access provisioning requirementsProvide Consultation support to various product areas (domains/verticals)Able to independently work to troubleshoot access issues for end users Able to independently communicate with Security, Support, and Application development teamsUnderstand group-based access control listingMake recommendations and implement process improvements to reduce system defectsPresentation skills to share findings with the team and deploy training to implement approved changesConduct comprehensive IT audits of vendor operations within infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.Identify, assess, and report on IT risks associated with vendor access and operations within environment.Develop and execute audit plans and programs tailored to specific vendor engagements and infrastructure components.Evaluate the effectiveness of vendor controls related to access management, data security, incident response, change management, and other relevant IT processes.Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations clearly and concisely, presenting them to both internal stakeholders and vendor management.Track and validate the remediation efforts of identified deficiencies by vendors.Collaborate closely with various internal teams (e.g., Security, Compliance, Engineering, Vendor Management) to ensure a holistic approach to vendor risk management.Stay updated on the latest IT audit trends, security vulnerabilities, and evolving infrastructure and security landscape.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the VOVO IT audit program and methodologies.Minimum Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.Able to work independently and flexible with shift timingsUse of tools such as spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, command line interfacesKnowledge of SQL and markup will be added advantageShould be a team player and work collaboratively internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliersExperience auditing within a large-scale, complex technology environment (e.g., Cloud Platform, other hyperscale clouds).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.LocationClient Office, Gurgaon, India
