Associate Full Stack Engineer – MERN / Java Stack Location: Mumbai (Work-from-Office) Department: Engineering | Industry: FinTech / SaaS Experience: 0–2 years | Compensation: Competitive  About Global PayEX At Global PayEX, we build world-class AI-driven fintech platforms trusted by global banks and Fortune-scale enterprises. Our solutions power real-time reconciliation, payments, and working-capital automation for clients like JPMorgan, Citi, ITC, and Tata Group. We’re expanding our engineering team in Mumbai to nurture the next generation of full-stack developers who want to build scalable, intuitive, and high-performance enterprise applications.  Role Overview We’re looking for an Associate Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building complete, end-to-end applications — from backend APIs to intuitive user interfaces. You’ll work alongside senior engineers to develop responsive frontend components and robust backend services that power Global PayEX’s fintech products. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both UI logic and backend systems, and wants to grow into a well-rounded full-stack engineer in a high-performance environment.  Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js / Angular / modern JavaScript frameworks. Build and integrate backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python. Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them into frontend applications. Work with MongoDB or relational databases for data modeling and querying. Collaborate with UX, QA, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and follow clean coding practices. Debug and resolve issues across frontend and backend layers. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.  Required Skills & Experience 0–2 years of experience in full-stack or frontend/backend development. Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one frontend framework (React preferred). Basic understanding of Java / Node.js / Python for backend development. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and database concepts (MongoDB/MySQL). Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles. Knowledge of Git and version control workflows. Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn both frontend and backend domains.  Preferred Qualifications Internship or project experience in full-stack development. Exposure to Spring Boot, Express.js, or FastAPI. Familiarity with Docker, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Understanding of responsive design and UI best practices.  Why Join Global PayEX Build real-world fintech platforms used by global banks and enterprises. Gain exposure to both frontend architecture and backend microservices. Learn from a world-class engineering team working on asynchronous and AI-integrated systems. Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, innovation-driven culture. Competitive compensation and clear growth paths into senior full-stack or specialized engineering roles.  How to Apply: Send your CV or GitHub profile to hr@ with the subject line “Associate Full Stack Engineer | [Your Name]”
