Job Responsibilities: • Guides the design of moderate complexity service delivery processes and tools for partners, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and industry best practices. • Handles the comprehensive training of partners service delivery methodologies, ensuring thorough understanding and effective implementation. • Evaluates and enhances process performance, with a focus on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and end-customer satisfaction, providing recommendations for strategic improvements. • Facilitates the onboarding of service partners, conducting in-depth assessments of their capabilities and ensuring they meet organizational standards. • Resolves a wide range of moderate complexity requests in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. • Executes capability-building initiatives for service partners, creating targeted action plans to address identied gaps and foster continuous improvement. • Acts as the primary liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, advocating for partner needs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Leverages subject matter expertise in service and partner-related areas to contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring that partner perspectives are integrated into outcomes. • Ensures compliance by leading regular audits of partner adherence and initiating necessary interventions to maintain service quality. • When applicable, to oversee the Service Contracts process for key customers who will enter new Service Contracts with Heartstream
