The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical ability, strong understanding of mortgage operations, excellent communication skills, and deep attention to detail. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, accurate document review, and smooth execution of foreclosure procedures.Job Responsibilities Obtain and verify all requiredPre‑Foreclosure notices , ensuring the validity and completeness of documents. Research and reviewtitle search documentsobtained from county records (via Title Abstractors) to confirm property/title accuracy and identify issues that may impact foreclosure proceedings. Review borrower details and determine whether the borrower is covered under anystate‑regulated protections , which may influence foreclosure timelines or processes. Conduct regularcompliance testingand audits on internal mortgage processes to ensure adherence to company, state, and federal guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, escalate risks, and ensure accurate foreclosure documentation. Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports for audit readiness and operational transparency.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent education. Basic knowledge of theForeclosure process , including notices, timelines, and regulatory requirements. 2 to 6 years of experiencein Mortgage Operations, Foreclosure, Default Servicing, Title, or related processes. Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and a neutral accent. Strong interpersonal and customer‑handling abilities, with the capacity to understand and resolve borrower or stakeholder issues. Highly analytical with strong cognitive skills to interpret mortgage and title documents accurately. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and mitigate risks.Preferred Competencies Understanding of foreclosure‑related regulations such as state protections, homeowner rights, and mandated notices. Familiarity with mortgage servicing systems or document‑processing tools. Ability to work in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
