Electrical Engineer – Maintenance & Troubleshooting Location:Kakinada Industry:Manufacturing / CNC / Industrial Engineering About the Role: We are looking for a skilledElectrical Engineerwith hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive operations. The ideal candidate should have exposure to CNC machines, control panels, and industrial electrical systems, ensuring smooth plant operations with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities: Performmaintenance and troubleshootingofAPFC panels , CNC machines (lathe, milling), and other electrical equipment. HandlePLC systems(preferablyFanuc ) for diagnostics and minor programming tasks. Maintain and repairmotor control circuits— VFDs, soft starters, and star-delta starter systems. Conductpreventive and breakdown maintenancefor all plant electrical systems. Managetransformer ,DG set , andLT/HT paneloperations. Overseeindustrial lightingandearthing systemmaintenance. Read and interpretelectrical drawings and schematics . Implementenergy monitoring and power-saving measuresto optimize plant efficiency. Maintain detailedmaintenance logs , shift reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance withelectrical safetyandLOTO proceduresduring all maintenance activities. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering. 2–6 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance (CNC / manufacturing preferred). Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and safety protocols. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair activities. Good communication and reporting skills.
