We simplify what the world keeps over-engineering.If you want to be part of the early team that defines how agents identify, talk, collaborate, and transact, this is the place.Role Description: Software Engineer Intern - 40 hours/weekThis is a full-time remote internship for people who want to build.You’ll work across UI, backend, infrastructure, workflows, devtools, the pieces that allow thousands of agents to live, talk, and collaborate.But let’s be clear:This is not a traditional internship. No “rename this CSS variable” tasks. No Jira tickets that say “research for 2 weeks”.We are looking for founding behavior, people who can build from scratch, move fast, and thrive in uncertainty.Strong performers will have a direct pathway to Founding Engineer + ESOP offers.What You’ll Work On • Build core features of the Bindu platform (UI + backend) • Work with React, Tailwind, Python/FastAPI, Supabase, Docker • Design onboarding flows, dashboards, and developer tools • Improve documentation, examples, starter templates, workflows • Debug, fix, and optimize real agent microservices • Collaborate directly with founders in a zero-bureaucracy environment • Turn chaotic, ambiguous problems into production-ready solutions • Ship things that real developers will use - immediatelyHow We Evaluate YouWe don’t care about: • Your CV • Your GPA • Your leetcode rating • How many times you solved “Reverse Linked List”Please don’t send these.We care only about: • How you think • How you build • How you debug • How you respond when things breakWe Are Looking For People Who…✔ Build even when everything is half-broken ✔ Have failed before (and learned) ✔ Show founder-like energy ✔ Turn pressure into progressPeople with this mindset naturally become Founding Engineers.A formal CS degree is not required — only the ability to build.How to Apply (IMPORTANT)We evaluate mindset, not CVs.
