The candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries professionally, and update all interactions inZoho CRMaccurately. This role requires excellent spoken English, strong listening skills, and the ability to manage customer conversations with clarity and professionalism in a remote setup. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls in fluent English. Provide accurate product/service information over calls. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Update call details, notes, and follow-ups inZoho CRM . Track leads, callbacks, and customer cases using CRM workflows. Escalate complex issues with proper documentation. Meet call quality standards and performance KPIs. Maintain a positive and professional tone during all interactions. RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a voice-based customer service role. Excellent spoken English (neutral accent preferred). Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience withZoho CRM (mandatory) . Comfortable handling high call volumes. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Personal laptop with a noise-free workspace and stable high-speed internet. Good quality headset with microphone (mandatory). Preferred SkillsExperience in US/UK voice process. Experience in outbound calling or sales support. Understanding of call handling metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
