Now Hiring: Customer Relations Specialist (Pacific Time Hours)** Are you a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships and keeping clients supported and informed? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to support our EdTech platform. ScheduleMust be available duringPacific Time (PST) business hoursKey ResponsibilitiesReview incoming software support tickets Determine ticket severity and assign/escalate appropriately Ensure timely follow-up and resolution coordination Maintain accurate records within the Jira system Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships Participate in and support client meetings QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and relationship management experience Ability to assess urgency and prioritize effectively Experience working with Jira ticketing system Organized, responsive, and solutions-oriented Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams What We’re Looking ForSomeone who brings professionalism, empathy, and accountability to every client interaction.
