You’ve spent 8–10 years in product design for SaaS platforms and products, including leadership experience in SaaS or AI-driven products. You can zoom out to align design direction with business outcomes and zoom in to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces that inspire the team. You’ll report to the Design Director or the VP of Product Design and lead a team of product designers while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities on key initiatives. As a player–coach, you’ll shape both the craft and culture of design. You’ll guide the team through ambiguity, set a high bar for quality, and balance creative vision with execution speed. You’ll use research, data, and storytelling to influence product strategy, ensuring design plays a central role in how we build, launch, and scale.
