Role Description The Chief of Staff to the Board is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position serves as a key partner to the Board, providing strategic and operational support. Responsibilities include coordinating board meetings, preparing key materials, managing communication among board members, streamlining decision-making processes, and ensuring follow-through on board directives. The role also entails collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate governance, policy implementation, and organizational alignment in line with strategic goals. Qualifications Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skillsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasksExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including board members and senior executivesProficient in data analysis, research, and development of strategic initiativesExperience in governance frameworks, policy advocacy, or compliance strategiesAbility to work collaboratively in a high-pressure, on-site environment in Delhi, IndiaPrior experience in a Chief of Staff or related role, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory environmentsAdvanced education such as an MBA or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
