About the Role We are hiring a Growth & Demand Lead based in India (Remote). This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Founder, with a clear pathway to become Head of Growth. This is not a junior marketing role. It is not a social media role. It is a high-impact growth position requiring ownership, structure, and execution. You will be expected to: Own campaigns end-to-end Build and optimize funnels Manage CRM and automation Orchestrate multi-channel initiatives Operate autonomously in a fully remote environment Strategy will be founder-led initially, but execution, structure, and systems thinking will be on you. Who You Are (Experience Required) Must-Have Experience 3-5 years in a comparable role such as Growth, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, or Campaign Ownership Experience in agency or B2B services environments Proven end-to-end campaign ownership Experience marketing complex, trust-based services such as consulting, IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, or GRC If your background is primarily junior social media or content-only work, this is not the right role for you. Nice-to-Have Experience marketing to CTOs, Founders, or Security/Compliance leaders Background in cybersecurity, compliance, or SaaS Experience working with EU-facing consultancies Core Responsibilities You will: Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns Own CRM structure, tagging, data hygiene, and lifecycle stages Build and improve automated marketing funnels Create landing page wireframes and mockups Use AI tools for research, content, and campaign planning Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across content, outbound, paid, and events Work with external specialists such as developers, designers, and paid media experts Track performance and surface actionable insights Funnel & Automation Expectations You must: Have built automated funnels before Be comfortable learning new tools quickly Use tools like Zapier, Make, or native integrations Map customer journeys from first touch to booked call Troubleshoot automation failures Tool loyalty does not matter. Systems thinking does. AI-Driven Marketing Capability Strong preference for candidates who use AI in structured workflows, including: Content ideation systems Campaign planning frameworks Prompt templates and libraries Research automation AI-assisted copywriting Surface-level AI usage is not enough. You need structured thinking. Paid Channel Literacy You must: Understand LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads Know how paid supports consultative B2B funnels Be able to brief and manage paid specialists You will not be running ads yourself, but you must understand them deeply. Campaigns & Events You should be able to plan and coordinate: Webinars Hybrid campaigns In-person events (remotely managed) This includes timelines, assets, and tracking.
