Key Responsibilities: The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role includes managing accounts receivable/payable, taxation processes, and supporting month‑end and audit activities.Accounts Receivable: • Manage customer receivables and follow up for outstanding payments • Reconcile customer accounts regularly and resolve discrepanciesInvoice & E‑Way Bill Management: • Generate and manage invoices • Create and track E‑Way bills as per statutory requirementsAccounts Payable: • Process vendor payments and verify bills • Ensure timely settlement of vendor dues • Maintain vendor account reconciliationsGST & Indirect Taxation: • Prepare and file GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, and GSTR‑9 • Support GST reconciliations and Input Tax Credit (ITC) checks • Ensure compliance with indirect tax requirementsTDS / Withholding Tax: • Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings • Ensure timely compliance with withholding tax regulationsGeneral Accounting: • Maintain accurate books of accounts including journals, ledgers, and adjustments • Assist in month‑end closing activities such as provisions, accruals, and reconciliations • Support Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and GST Audit with required documentationKey Skills Required: • Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, automation) • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indirect Taxation • Accuracy, analytical mindset, and ability to work with tight timelinesExperience Required: Minimum 5 years (preferably in a Chartered Accountant firm) Qualifications: and CA Intermediate Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
