The role involves owning solution design, optimizing planning processes, and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance Anaplan models.Location:PAN India Certification (Mandatory):Certified Master Anaplanner Experience:7+ Years of Anaplan ExperienceKey Responsibilities:Solution Architecture:Lead the design and governance of complex Anaplan solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices. Model Design & Optimization:Design scalable, high-performance models including Data Hubs; optimize calculations, sparsity, and overall model performance. Connected Planning & Integration:Architect integrations using CloudWorks, APIs, or ETL tools to enable Connected Planning across finance and supply chain. Stakeholder Engagement:Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into robust Anaplan solutions. Testing, UX & Enablement:Oversee UAT, model validation, UX dashboard design, documentation, and user enablement.Key Skills & Experience5+ years of Anaplan experiencewith multiple end-to-end implementations Certified Master Anaplanner (mandatory) Strong experience in FP&A and Supply Chain Planning Expertise in Data Hub design, multi-model architecture, and Connected Planning Hands-on experience with CloudWorks, APIs, or ETL integrations Strong understanding of Anaplan best practices and DISCO methodologyQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA / CA preferred)Certification:Master Anaplanner Technical Skills:Advanced Anaplan and strong Excel skills Soft Skills:Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills Client-facing and presentation experience Agile project exposure Power BI or Tableau exposure is a plus
