Sourcing Strategy:Utilize job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to source top-tier IT talent (Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, etc.). ATS Mastery:UseJobDivaeffectively to manage candidate pipelines, track submissions, and ensure data integrity. VMS Operations:Submit candidates to Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like Beeline, Fieldglass, or IQNavigator within stipulated timeframes. Screening:Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral screening to ensure candidates match the job description and cultural fit. Negotiation:Expertly handle rate/salary negotiations and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) to lock in the best candidates. Relationship Building:Maintain a strong network of consultants and passive candidates for future requirements.Must-Have Requirements Experience:2–5 years of dedicated experience inUS IT Staffing . Client Exposure:proven track record of working withDirect Clients / MSPs(Not just layers/implementation partners). Tool Proficiency:Hands-on experience withJob Divais mandatory. Familiarity with VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline) is a strong plus. Tech Savvy:Strong understanding of technical technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.) and ability to create complex Boolean search strings. Communication:Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact with US-based candidates.
