SAP S/4HANA FICO ConsultantExperience7–12 yearsRole OverviewCodem is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the design, configuration, and support of core SAP Finance processes on SAP S/4HANA (latest versions). The role involves end-to-end implementation, integration, and production support across Finance and Controlling, with a strong focus on business process alignment and SAP Fiori–based execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Finance Configuration & ImplementationDesign, configure, and support core SAP S/4HANA FI & CO components, including:General Ledger (New GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Bank Accounting & Cash ManagementDocument Splitting and Parallel LedgersConfigure and manage Automatic Payment Program (F110) and bank communication interfaces.Implement and support Tax configurations, including:Indirect TaxesWithholding TaxVAT / TDSIntegration & Cross-Functional CollaborationLead and support FI integrations with MM, SD, and CO modules.Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end financial processes.SAP Fiori & S/4HANA ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience working with SAP Fiori applications related to FI and CO.Support adoption of S/4HANA best practices and Fiori-based user workflows.Support & OperationsProvide daily operational and production support:Analyze incidents and issuesPropose and implement configuration changesEnsure system stability and data integrityProject Delivery & GovernanceParticipate in and lead new business initiatives, including:Requirement gathering and business process mappingConfiguration documentation and SOP creationFunctional specification preparationUnit testing, UAT support, and go-live executionEnsure adherence to Codem’s delivery, documentation, and quality standards.Required Skills & Qualifications7–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANADeep functional knowledge of FI components: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, TaxesStrong understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture and Universal Journal conceptsExperience with parallel ledgers, document splitting, and financial close processesProven experience supporting production systems and handling critical incidentsExcellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentationExperience in end-to-end implementations and rolloutsNice to HaveExperience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades or ECC-to-S/4 migrationsExposure to SAP Central Finance or advanced financial reportingPrior experience in consulting or system integrator environments
