The Branch Head will oversee the operations, business development, and overall management of the team. The branch head will have multiple team leaders under them with each team leader having about 4-6 relationship managers under them. Responsibilities include ensuring AOP targets with A grade developers are met, financial goals are met, strategizing growth plans, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with business standards. The role also involves fostering client relationships, identifying opportunities for market expansion, and ensuring efficient processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.QualificationsLeadership skills with experience in team supervision and branch operations managementProficiency in business development, market analysis, and client relationship managementStrong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skillsKnowledge of financial services, market trends, and compliance regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsProven ability to drive growth and profitability in a competitive environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldPrior experience in Real estate channel partner company.
