The Talent Manager will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and nurturing relationships with digital creators, identifying collaboration opportunities with brands, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful project execution. The role involves acting as a liaison between creators and potential partners, monitoring project progress, and addressing any concerns to ensure success. The position also requires creating strategies to expand the company's talent network and enhance partnership quality.QualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersKnowledge of digital media and influencer trends, particularly within the tech industryProject management and organizational skills to handle multiple partnerships and campaignsUnderstanding of contract management and collaboration agreementsAbility to identify emerging talent and assess their potentialExcellent problem-solving skills and adaptabilityFamiliarity with the technology industry, social media platforms, and content creation trendsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
