AVP – Client Reporting | Investment Management Firm | MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end client and internal reporting delivery ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherenceDrive automation initiatives and continuous process improvements to enhance scalability and reduce manual riskDevelop and oversee MIS frameworks, executive dashboards (KPIs/KRIs), and performance analyticsStrengthen the reporting control environment, manage audit observations, and ensure regulatory complianceAct as senior escalation point for reporting and operational issuesLead and mentor teams across Business Analysis, Data Analysis, MIS, and Audit & AssurancePartner with global stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Client ServicesIdeal Candidate Profile:12–14 years of experience in Asset Management / Investment OperationsMinimum 5+ years in Client Reporting leadership rolesStrong exposure to automation, process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), and reporting transformationAdvanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and dashboarding toolsProven people management experience with ability to lead high-performing teamsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
