We're looking for a high-energy Virtual Assistant to work directly with the founder and help scale operations and client servicing.Role SummaryYou’ll work with the founder, managing communication, coordination, client follow-ups, and lead the execution for ITR Filing, Income Tax Notice reply drafting, Legal opinion preparation, Cross-border Advisory and Tax AuditsResponsibilitiesRespond to client queries & leads via DMs and emailsSchedule calls, meetings, and maintain minutesProvide pricing, collect documents, and follow up with clientsTrack tasks and escalate delays internallyAccounting & Bookkeeping, GST, TDS & ITR FilingROC Compliance, Statutory Audits & Company LawFEMA Advisory, RBI ODI Compliance, SEBI RIA and AIF RegulationsLegal Advisory, Agreement drafting, Income Tax notice replyWho You AreStrong work ethic, hustler mindset & ownership attitudeQuick learner, proactive communicator, good at juggling tasksStrong background in tax/accounting and previous exp. of working with a CAComfortable with WhatsApp, Notion, Google Sheets, basic CRM toolsLong-term mindset: looking to grow with the firm, not a gig-hopperSoftware Knowledge (Mandatory): Winman, MS OfficePerksWork directly with CA Sonu Jain, one of India’s top crypto tax expertsFlexible work hours and locationDeep exposure to crypto tax and global taxation
