Position - Company secretary Location - Mumbai Corporate Office (Santacruz E)Experience - 4+ years (Post Qualification - CS)Roles & Responsibilities(i) Board, Committee and General Meetings· Co-ordinating with Board Members and Shareholders, assisting in planning and arranging meetings, pre and post meeting compliances such as preparation of agendas, minutes filing of forms with ROC etc.· Assisting in regular and timely filing and proper keeping of all records and documents relating to Meetings such as attendance sheets, minutes· Sufficient knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder, and ability to work in a pace to as per the requirement· Ability to adopt change where required and focus on improvement in internal processes, where required.(ii) Operational Matters· Filing of forms with ROC, coordinating with practicing professionals (PCS) etc· Dealing with RTA and Depository· Maintaining, updating MIS and trackers useful to Secretarial DepartmentsOther points:· Wiling to work any task assigned with utmost dedication and sincerity· Well disciplined, punctual
