We are seeking an experienced PMS and Business Reporting Executive to join our FP&A team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in driving performance management, financial reporting, and business insights across the organization.Key Highlights of the Role:Lead monthly PMS preparation, performance tracking, and variance analysis.Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling scenario planning.Deliver management MIS reports and dashboards with SAP-driven automation.Monitor order inflow, backlog, and pipeline execution for revenue visibility.Act as a bridge between finance and business teams, ensuring accurate data and actionable insights.Uphold process discipline, data governance, and support SAP rollout initiatives.What We’re Looking For:Fully qualified CA/CMA professionals with 8–10 years of experience.Strong expertise in SAP; manufacturing industry background preferred.Experience in IEPS industry will be an added advantage.
