We have a long-term commitment to bring high quality affordable biosimilars to patients all over the globe.About the Role:The Costing Role at Biocon Biologics is a key position within the Finance function, responsible for ensuring accurate product costing, cost control, and financial analysis to support business decisions. This role involves close collaboration with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to monitor production costs, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.Key Responsibilities:Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines. Release standard cost in system and monitor actual product cost.Monitor operational expenses and variance analyses vs. budget.Monitor operation performance and prepare monthly MIS on operation performance.Support to prepare annual budget and forecast.Review and enhance SAP CO configurations as per business requirements.Review and maintain master data with cross‑functional alignment.Support new master data maintenance requirements.Participate in UAT for CO/FI developments.Automate finance processes using Power BI and other tools.Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI.Support timely standard cost and actual cost releases.Provide functional support during ECC to S/4HANA migration.Skills Required:• Proficiency in handling large and complex data sets.• Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.• Expert‑level knowledge of SAP CO and integration with FI, MM, PP, SD.• Advanced Power BI capability (analytics, reporting, automation).Preferred Attributes:• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with ability to work independently.• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.Qualifications:• Qualified or Semi‑Qualified CMA / CA experience.• 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably Pharma industry)
