About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Functional Consultant to support our growing PLM practice. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in F&B product development, formulations, quality processes, and regulatory compliance, along with exposure to digital systems used in product lifecycle management. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams and global clients to drive functional requirements, solution design, and overall process excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide domain expertise across end‑to‑end F&B product lifecycle workflows (R&D, NPD, Quality, Regulatory, Specifications, Compliance).Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements and specifications.Collaborate with PLM, ERP, QMS, and LIMS teams during requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and validation.Lead and support workshops, client discussions, training sessions, and internal knowledge‑building activities.Work with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.Support digital transformation initiatives in formulation management, specifications, artwork/compliance, and product data management.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related discipline.10+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Product Development, or similar domains.Strong understanding of F&B product lifecycle, formulation systems, and regulatory standards.Hands-on experience with IT systems such as ERP, PLM, QMS, LIMS, or specification management tools.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.Good to HaveExposure to PLM platforms such as Centric PLM, SAP PLM, Agile PLM, Trace One, or similar.Experience in digital transformation, process re‑engineering, or IT implementation projects.Understanding of global regulatory standards (FSSAI, FSMA, EU Regulations, GFSI frameworks).Why Join UsOpportunity to work on global F&B digital transformation programs.Ability to influence PLM and product development strategies across major clients.Collaborative environment with strong leadership and career growth opportunities.Please note: These positions are not fully remote.
