With a strong presence across India, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand visibility and drive student admissions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand awareness.Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing activities, including digital marketing, print media, outdoor advertising, events, and promotions.Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners for tie-ups and collaborations.Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, school activities, and promotional events to generate student leads.Analyze market trends, competition, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.Coordinate closely with the sales/admissions team to ensure effective lead conversion and target achievement.Prepare, manage, and track marketing budgets and performance reports.Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–7 years of relevant experience in marketing (experience in the education/coaching sector preferred).Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and reporting.Creative mindset with strong leadership, planning, and analytical abilities.SalarySalary 4 LPA - 6 LPABenefitsAttractive salary package with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a fast-growing national education brand.Supportive work culture with long-term career growth opportunities.How to Apply
