The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with the ability to drive website traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance overall online visibility.Key Responsibilities• Perform in-depth keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimizations including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and URL structure. • Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility through data-driven SEO strategies. • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals. • Manage link-building activities and off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile. • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. • Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices. • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.Key RequirementsExperience• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO). • Experience working on website optimization and organic growth strategies.Educational Qualification• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field (preferredSkills• Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.• Understanding of technical SEO elements including site architecture, page speed, and mobile optimization.• Knowledge of link-building strategies and off-page SEO techniques.• Ability to analyze SEO data and provide actionable insights.• Good communication and reporting skills.Compensation & Benefits• Salary Range: As per company standards • Benefits: · PF/ESI as per statutory norms · Other benefits as per company policy · One-time Meal Facility
