The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cross-channel media planning, with hands-on experience in digital platforms. Experience in performance marketing is a strong plus. This role will work closely with regional stakeholders to develop, execute, and optimize integrated media strategies that drive business results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated media plans across digital and offline channels, aligned with brand and business objectives Lead digital media planning across paid search, paid social, display, video, and programmatic platforms Collaborate with internal teams and global markets to ensure consistent and effective media strategies Manage media budgets, pacing, and performance tracking across campaigns Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations Support performance marketing initiatives, including ROI-driven planning, KPI tracking, and conversion optimization Work closely with media agencies, publishers, and platform partners to ensure best-in-class execution Stay up to date with media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in media planning, with a strong focus on digital media. Hands-on experience with digital media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs). Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting media performance data. Experience working within a global or multinational organization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
