It’s about being a trusted, visible, and credible presence for employees and leaders alike.If you believe wellness should influence culture, performance, and leadership behaviour, this role is for you.What You’ll DoShape Our Wellness EcosystemDesign and drive the annual wellness calendar aligned to business prioritiesLead physical, emotional, and mental well-being initiativesRun awareness campaigns, wellness days, webinars, and engagement programsFacilitate structured support groupsDevelop and contribute to wellness newsletters and ongoing communicationTrack overall participation and analyze trends and share actionable insights and management reports to guide engagement strategyBe a Trusted Support SystemProvide confidential one-on-one counselling sessionsSupport employees navigating stress, burnout, interpersonal challenges, and personal concerns impacting workHandle sensitive or complex cases with discretion and maturityStrengthen Leadership CapabilityCoach mid-level and senior managers on difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligenceProvide structured intervention in complex behavioural or managerial situationsAct as a sounding board for leaders who may not always have the toolkit or bandwidth to navigate sensitive people mattersBuild Preventive CultureIdentify recurring behavioural patterns and cultural friction pointsRecommend proactive interventions before issues escalateConduct in-person workshops tailored for young professionals, mid-level managers, and senior leaders on workplace maturity, resilience, intergenerational dynamics, and team effectivenessWho You AreA licensed psychologist, therapist, counsellor, or certified wellness professional5+ years of experience in corporate wellness and leadership coachingComfortable working with mid and senior leadersEmotionally intelligent, credible, and groundedAble to balance empathy with structured coaching frameworksConfident presenting, facilitating, and advising leadershipImportant NoteThis role requires consistent on-site presence in Faridabad and Noida (minimum twice per week) to build trust, visibility, and meaningful employee connection.
