Key deliverables of the roleWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You will cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost market penetration and revenue in the SPT & SAMT segment.Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and monitor competitor activity.Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight our value proposition.Conduct in-store promotions and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and promotions.Provide valuable insights on customer needs and market trends to management.Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Experience in sales, preferably within Pet Care / FMCG industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.Reporting: Senior Area Sales Manager
