Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership• Define and execute a robust supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives for both decorative and industrial paints.• Collaborate with senior leadership to align supply chain goals with overall business strategy. • Represent the company in industry events, vendor networks, and regulatory forums to strengthen the companys image and influence.B. Demand & Supply Planning• Lead the S&OP process to ensure accurate forecasting and capacity alignment.• Collect and consolidate SKU-level sales forecasts from Sales & Marketing teams; translate into actionable production and procurement plans.• Optimize planning to minimize obsolescence and manage shelf-life of paint materials (solvents, pigments, etc.).C. Customer Service & Order Fulfillment• Oversee order-to-cash cycle; ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.• Lead the Customer Service team for seamless coordination between production, logistics, and sales.• Continuously enhance customer satisfaction metrics.D. Inventory & Risk Management• Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and ageing inventory, particularly for temperature-sensitive products.• Identify and mitigate risks associated with raw material availability, regulatory changes, and transport disruptions.• Collaborate with EHS, QA, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure compliance.E.
