We are proud to have trained and certified over 400,000 information security professionals globally that have influenced the cyber security mindset of countless organizations worldwide.Role Overview EC-Council is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Global Alliances to architect, build, and scale a global ecosystem of cybersecurity professional communities & members across key markets worldwide. This role involves community engagement & partnership management. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding global community partnerships, driving collaboration with associations and enterprises, strengthening channel ecosystems, and building structured governance frameworks to ensure sustainable and commercially viable growth. Key Responsibilities Partnerships, Strategic Alliances & Channel Management Build and manage strategic alliances with cybersecurity communities. Develop and manage partnerships to drive certification adoption and revenue growth Identify, onboard, and nurture regional partners to expand EC-Council’s footprint Drive collaboration models for co-branded initiatives, events, certification drives, and knowledge forums Manage partnership lifecycle: identification, negotiation, activation, performance tracking Represent EC-Council at industry forums, alliances, and association meetings globally Community Development & Expansion Identify high-potential global markets for community and partner expansion Launch and operationalize new chapters, associations, and ecosystem partnerships across regions Develop a scalable annual and quarterly expansion roadmap Establish structured onboarding and governance models for volunteers and regional partners Design sustainable operational frameworks for long-term ecosystem growth Revenue Generation & Commercial Growth Drive revenue through community-led initiatives, partnerships, and certification programs Build monetization models for chapters, collaborations, and strategic alliances Track and manage revenue targets linked to partnerships and channel programs Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through ecosystem engagement Align partnership strategy with business growth objectives Community Engagement & Ecosystem Growth Build volunteer networks across regions Develop structured engagement programs, roundtables, summits, and knowledge-sharing initiatives Drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics Engagement and growth metrics Required Experience 10-14 years in community building, ecosystem development, chapter expansion, or developer/community programs Demonstrated experience scaling professional communities across multiple cities or countries Experience working with volunteer-driven networks Must have global stakeholder management experience Not necessarily from non-profit background Requirements Strategic alliances & partnership management Global expansion & chapter launch Volunteer management Data driven growth mindset Stakeholder & cross-cultural communication Governance & compliance frameworks Event & engagement program design Additional Information:EC-Council is an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
