We treat it as a system that shapes behaviour, wellbeing, and experience.With over 20 years of practice across commercial workplaces, experiential environments, F&B, and residential spaces, Rubenius Interior Wellbeing operates at the intersection of design, technology, and execution.Through REDS (Rubenius Experiential Design System), we are building a future-ready practice focused on experiential, interactive, and techno-integrated environments—where global thinking meets grounded, real-world delivery.Why Now & Role OverviewAs we scale Rubenius Interior Wellbeing and establish REDS as a serious experiential and techno-design practice, we are seeking an Art Director to anchor visual clarity, narrative coherence, and design excellence across the organisation.This is a foundational leadership role, not a support function. The Art Director will operate at the intersection of design thinking, storytelling, technology, and execution, ensuring that what we think, design, and deliver all speak the same language—internally and externally.What You’ll OwnInternal Communication & Thinking Systems (Group-Level)Own and design internal communication systems across Rubenius and REDSTranslate strategy, vision, and complex ideas into clear visual narrativesDesign leadership decks, internal reviews, training material, onboarding content, and internal campaignsBring clarity, alignment, and confidence to teams through structured, intentional designEnsure that design excellence begins inside the organisation—not just in client-facing workExperiential & Interactive Project Art DirectionArt-direct experiential environments including:Interactive artworkSpatial brandingDigital–physical storytelling installationsDevelop concepts that integrate space, content, interaction, and emotionEnsure ideas are execution-ready, scalable, and aligned with project constraints and realitiesMaintain narrative and visual coherence from concept through deliveryDesign × Technology IntegrationCollaborate closely with technology teams (AV, interactive, digital, software)Translate creative intent into clear, actionable inputs for technical executionBridge the gap between concept design and on-ground deliverySupport client presentations where design and technology convergeDigital Art Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and grow a digital art team (graphic, motion, and visual designers)Establish design standards, workflows, and quality benchmarksReview output, guide improvements, and maintain calm, high-performance deliveryAct as a creative multiplier—raising the quality and thinking of the entire teamBrand, Narrative & Global RepresentationMaintain visual and narrative consistency across:Internal communicationClient presentationsExperiential projectsAward submissions and global PRSupport positioning of Rubenius and REDS on international platforms through strong storytelling, visuals, and presentation qualityWho We’re Looking For7–12 years of experience as an Art Director, Design Lead, or Senior Visual DesignerPrior experience across:Internal communication designExperiential, spatial, or interactive projectsCollaboration with technology and execution teamsBackground in architecture, interiors, branding, experience design, or digital studios is strongly preferredStrong, practical capability in:Visual storytelling and concept developmentPresentation and narrative designSystems thinking and design consistencyLeading, mentoring, and elevating creative teamsWhat Will Make You Successful HereA deep care for clarity, not just aestheticsAn understanding of design’s behavioural and emotional impactComfort working across disciplines, constraints, and real-world executionThe confidence to say “this isn’t ready”—and the skill to make it betterA high-ownership mindset with respect for craft, people, and outcomesContact: Prathiba(8088623921) - prathiba@
