The Procurement Specialist – Packaging & Logistics will own end-to-end sourcing and procurement operations across packaging materials and logistics services. This is an execution-focused role responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, supply continuity, service quality, and scalability to support our rapidly growing operations across markets.You will work closely with operations, finance, and business teams to build resilient supplier networks, drive cost optimization initiatives, and ensure seamless procurement support for our warehouses and logistics ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Management – Packaging: Lead procurement of corrugated boxes, paper bags, shrink wrap, poly bags, and related packaging materials, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely supply.Category Management – Logistics Services: Manage sourcing and procurement of linehaul transportation and last-mile delivery services to ensure reliable and scalable logistics capacity.Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead vendor identification, RFQs/RFPs, commercial negotiations, contracting, and onboarding to secure optimal pricing and service levels.Vendor & Performance Management: Build strong supplier partnerships, conduct performance reviews, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Cost Optimization & Value Engineering: Drive savings projects, productivity improvements, and value engineering initiatives across packaging and logistics categories.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and business stakeholders across KSA & UAE to align procurement strategy with operational requirements.Data & Analytics: Leverage dashboards, spend analytics, and performance metrics to identify savings opportunities, track KPIs, and provide procurement visibility.Risk Management & Compliance: Proactively identify supply risks, ensure contractual compliance, and maintain governance standards across procurement activities.What you’ll need?Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.3–6 years of relevant experience in packaging and logistics procurement.Strong understanding of packaging materials and logistics service models (linehaul and last-mile).Proven experience in vendor management, negotiations, and contract management.Hands-on experience working with spend analytics, dashboards, and data-drivenDecision-making.Strong execution capability with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholdersin a fast-paced environment.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.High ownership mindset — you see a problem, you solve it.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.Is this you?
