Our flagship product, Hire2Retire, automates the employee identity lifecycle by integrating HR systems with Active Directory and other IT systems, helping organizations achieve seamless onboarding, compliance, and security.About the RoleThis role is responsible for architecting and executing full-cycle talent acquisition strategies, moving beyond simple hiring to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber IT professionals. As a Talent Specialist, you will act as a brand ambassador, driving internal communications and engagement initiatives that turn our company culture into a competitive advantage for attracting top-tier talent.As core responsibility this individual will manage end-to-end recruitment for both our India and US centers, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions across different levels and technologies.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for US and India-based positions.Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical/non-technical fit.Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certifications a plus).4+ years of IT recruitment experience (mandatory).Proven track record of successful hiring for software engineers, developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, sales, marketing and other IT roles.Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Experience in hiring for both US and India markets with understanding of time zones.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.Proficiency with Office Suite, email and collaboration toolsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
